One of a Kind banner, designed and stitched by Christina Hurt Smith on the silk-wool blend we love for our suits.

These serpents are a design that has been in regular rotation for the last few months. When I get the chance to work on something outside of custom suits (which isn't too often these days!) I pull out these snakes and work out new color variations. It isn't very often that we get to work out new colorways over a period of time here at the Fort, but I've been able to put these fellas on pants, jackets, wallpaper and now this banner.  With this piece I realized that I come back to these pinks and teals and blues most of the time.  I'd imagine that if you put together all the pieces I have done over the years you would probably find that this is true. I also confirmed something I have really known all along - yes, always choose rhinestones.
